This gochujang glaze hits all the taste buds bringing excitement to a variety of fruits, vegetables and cheese. BTW: it's also fantastic on anything you enjoy grilling.
2 1/2 tablespoons Lucky Foods Seoul Gochujang
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup light brown sugar
Grilling cheese like halloumi, Finnish Bread Cheese, Queso Panela
Stone fruit like nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots
- In small pot, over medium heat, whisk all ingredients until well mixed.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Transfer to serving bowl.
- Grill or pan-fry cheese and fruit, 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden, basting with glaze.
