This gochujang glaze hits all the taste buds bringing excitement to a variety of fruits, vegetables and cheese. BTW: it's also fantastic on anything you enjoy grilling.



2 1/2 tablespoons Lucky Foods Seoul Gochujang

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 cup light brown sugar

Grilling cheese like halloumi, Finnish Bread Cheese, Queso Panela 

Stone fruit like nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots


  1. In small pot, over medium heat, whisk all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat. Transfer to serving bowl.
  4. Grill or pan-fry cheese and fruit, 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden, basting with glaze.
