1 (10 oz.) package edamame with sea salt

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons Serious Foodie Vietnamese Sweet Chili Hot Sauce

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon Serious Foodie Chinese BBQ Spice Rub

 

 


Instructions

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions; drain well.
  2. In a large, non-stick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer. Add edamame and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until pods take on some brown spots.
  3. Add chili hot sauce and soy sauce tossing edamame until coated and glazed.
  4. Sprinkle with BBQ spice rub and toss edamame again.
