1 (10 oz.) package edamame with sea salt
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons Serious Foodie Vietnamese Sweet Chili Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Serious Foodie Chinese BBQ Spice Rub
Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions; drain well.
- In a large, non-stick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer. Add edamame and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until pods take on some brown spots.
- Add chili hot sauce and soy sauce tossing edamame until coated and glazed.
- Sprinkle with BBQ spice rub and toss edamame again.
