fresh lime juice

oyster sauce

light brown sugar
Grilling cheese like halloumi, Finnish Bread Cheese or Queso Panela
Stone fruit like nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots
Instructions
In small pot, over medium heat, whisk all ingredients until well mixed.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat. Transfer to serving bowl.
Grill or pan-fry cheese and fruit, 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden, basting with glaze.
Yield: ½ cup glaze.
