1tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce
1teaspoonSerious Foodie Chinese BBQ Spice Rub
Instructions
Cook edamame according to package directions; drain well.
In a large, non-stick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer. Add edamame and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until pods take on some brown spots.
Add chili hot sauce and soy sauce tossing edamame until coated and glazed.
Sprinkle with BBQ spice rub and toss edamame again.
