Miller’s Sweet and Spicy Banana Pepper Sauce
any flavor

egg whites

pecan halves

slivered almonds

sugar

tablespoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 300F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk pepper sauce and egg whites until blended.
Add nuts and stir until nuts are coated.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle spice mixture over nuts, stirring, until coated.
Transfer nuts to baking sheet spreading out into a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes.
Transfer nuts, on parchment, to a cooling rack. Cool completely. Break up into bite size pieces.
Notes
I used the habanero flavor in this recipe, but it works well with any of the Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce flavors.
