shredded or thinly sliced mozzarella cheese

Arnold Country White Buttermilk Bread

milk
pinch
of salt and pepper
olive oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Divide cheese between 2 bread slices
Top each with a second bread slice. Gently press together
Trim crusts off, if desired
On a flat plate, lightly beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper
Dip sandwiches in egg mixture coating both sides well
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add sandwiches. Cook, turning, until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
