Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat butter until more pale in color. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, blend well. Add the marshmallow fluff and mix well.
Now you are ready to fill your whoopie pies and other snack cakes.
Notes
Notes: spray your measuring cup with non-stick cooking spray before measuring the marshmallow fluff. It will slide right out.
