Fly Eagles Fly
I love living near Philadelphia as a huge Eagles fan, so I had to create a special Super Bowl game day meal. Saquon Barkley may be the most potent weapon on the gridiron, but Miller's Banana Pepper Sauces are the most potent weapon in your kitchen. Miller's is a family-run business right here in PA, and their crowd-pleasing sauces will take your game day spread to the next level. Try Miller's Banana Pepper Sauces in quesadillas, candied nuts, and even your Philly cheesesteak. Let's go, team Pennsylvania!

I am 1 of 30 bloggers invited to share innovative ideas in an exclusive recipe challenge hosted by Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce! Once I opened and tasted all 3 sauces my creative juices began to flow. These pepper sauces have the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and tangy rarely found in a pepper sauce. The bold flavors are delicious and healthy with heat levels that only enhance a dish.
This recipe is entered in the Game Day/Entertaining category, but it's also a healthy alternative for those who prefer to avoid the traditional red meat filled cheese steak smothered in cheese whiz.

I am usually not a fan of hot sauce, but this is so much more with a ton of flavor and not just heat.
